Most of our classes are vinyasa flow format.
Vinyasa flow is a style of yoga where poses are seamlessly woven together with an emphasis on linking breath with movement. In a vinyasa flow class, you can expect to move fluidly from one pose directly into the next, following the rhythm of your inhales and exhales. This style of yoga is dynamic and can be quite physically demanding as it combines elements of strength, flexibility, and balance.
We do have some classes that are less dynamic and some that are more dynamic. The class descriptions give a good overview of what you can expect.
